Besides continuing to expand of its core pension business, the which has been it's backbone for 50 years, the Bank Entered the micro and small enterprise (MSE) and Sharia businesses, with the opening of 46 branches of BTPN | business partners of the people throughout Indonesia and 2 (two) sharia branches in Bandung and Jakarta, at the end of 2008.

Implementation of IT Staff (Jakarta Raya) 
Responsibilities:

To be Responsible for the overall direction, review, implementation, control and timely completion of all changes in IT & IT Infrastructure Projects, ensuring consistency with Organisational Strategy, commitments and goals. To play a key role in reviewing change & meet new business initiatives & implementation schedule. To drive faster adoption, utilization and higher ultimate Greater proficiency on the project Such That business results are achieved. To work and synergy through many others in the IT organization to succeed. The Candidate Will Support IT Operations & IT Field Support teams in integrating change management activities. 
Requirements: 


To be Successful you must be a graduate S1/S2 from IT, or related discipline and must be Able to demonstrate: Knowledge of SDLC - Systems Development Life Cycle. Familiarity with ITIL V3 approaches. Experience and knowledge of Change & Release Management principles and methodologies. Exceptional communication skills in Indonesian & Classic - Both written and verbal. Great communication skills and the ability to explain complex situation in a simple way. Having a creative, innovative and problem solver attitude / personality Ability to work independently, rapidly, and under pressure Able to work on long-duration During implementation. A willingness to adapt, to Overcome and survive in a rapidly changing situation and technical environment. Experience of past Implementor Software / Technical Support is preferred.



IT Quality Management Staff (Job Code: IT-QMT-04) (Jakarta Raya) 

  Responsibilities:
Responsible in conducting periodic review, implementation of quality improvement plan. Requirements:
Male / Female, Age 28-34 Years Min 4 years experience in the same plane, preferably experienced in the banking S1 Information Technology, computer sience, Information System, or the like from reputable University. 

IT Security Staff (Jakarta Raya) 
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the policy documents, procedures and information security standards. Ensuring compliance with information security criteria in each Directorate of IT business processes, such as the implementation of the project in accordance with the phases of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), operational activity data centers, and other activities that meet the criteria of information security has been determined. Ensure that any implementation of changes in Information Technology Systems (hardware, software, changing parameters, data bases, etc.) have been considering information security and meet the criteria established. Conduct a vulnerability assessment and / or a penetration test against the existing infrastructure on a regular basis, and the system will be used to support the initiatives of the Bank. Ensure that other work units include the information security controls in each initiative. Evaluating the implementation of information security standards and assist the implementation of internal and external audits of information security IT Directorate. Socializing / security awareness at regular intervals. Requirements:
Age not more than 35 years. Having experience in IT Security, in particular to do penetration tests at least 3 years, and preferably in the banking industry. Has experience conducting audits of IT Security. Preferred shareholders certification Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). S1 Information Technology from reputable University. Active in English both oral and written. 

IT Service Analyst Staff (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

Prepare reports and analysis of the problem of incoming requests to the helpdesk. To coordinate with relevant parts of the directorate of IT in solving problems that arise both IT and IT incident problem Reviewing the skill and provide periodic training to update knowledge of the team to the helpdesk and field support team. To conduct customer satisfaction surveys. Review process and policy in an effort to improve service quality. Requirements:
Male / Female, age maximum 35 years Education S1 with GPA min 2.75 from the fields of IT & Engineering.
